Very good place to get a feel for long gone glorious colonial period. Large room with good view on citadel which is just across the river. Good service. If you like French colonial style hotels with some serious guests on record, then this is the right hotel! It has beautiful, spacious rooms with shiny wooden floors and with most of them facing the Perfume river. This is stiff competition to the ***** La Résidence further down the road! More
