The rooms are adequate and clean, housekeeping services are good, breakfast is ok, location could be better. Perfectly adequate hotel, I only have a few minor points - I couldn't get the free in room wifi working and there is no AC in the lobby, which might be important if you plan on resting there for a while.

Good hotel - clean spacious rooms with good aircon. Ok breakfast. Hotel is a 15 min walk into the the centre where the restaurants are, or a quick 5 min taxi ride costing around 25 VND, so not a hurdle in the rain etc. Service was good and friendly. Beds comfy.

Much beloved of tour groups there must be better hotels in which to stay in Hue. The hotel itself is fine, clean rooms, good value and free wi-fi but the location is poor. We very much enjoyed staying at the Thanh Lich. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are lovely (notwithstanding hard beds and pillows), the breakfast is tasty and varied, and there is free internet access in the lobby (though you have to stand up to use it).
