Stayed here with some friends for a couple of nights on a motorbike tour. Rooms were reasonable price, clean and well located. Only issue is the bad feeling left by the rate they use to convert their quoted to USD price to pay in dong. Do not let them charge you more then 21,000 to the USD!

The Sports Hotel 1 Hue isn't all it's name suggests. Hotel is very nice and clean, staff couldn't be more helpful. Rooms spacious. The staff at the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! They were so friendly and kind. We instantly felt like we had friends in Hue! A great breakfast is included, and they also had a New Years party with music food and drinks. This hotel staff made our vacation unforgettable. We LOVE River!

Stayed here for 2 nights in January 2013 and very happy with rooms and value. We had initially booked into Sports Hotel 2 but after one night they advised us that they were starting renovations and they moved us to Sports 1 for the same price. Good move as much, much better location and quality of hotel was far superior.... More

Found this hotel just off the street and we managed to get a massive room for $15 instead of $20. The rooms were clean but our friends in another room had ants all over their bed and when we got into bed our sheets were damp! Uncomfortably so! I had to strip the bed and sleep with a towel on... We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Room was clean but bathroom was full of ants. People at the desk were not too friendly except for 1 young lady. Not a nice hotel, room was quite big but not so clean, i found a lot of hair...and the breakfast is not good, for example i saw marmelade always full of ants....i could suggest tis hotel only for the position, it's near the "shopping streets", and 10 minutes by walk to the old cittadel.
