While this hotel was a little more than we wanted to pay, it was well worth it! The suites were very comfortable, western-style suites, with central air conditioning (a must in August in Yerevan!) The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. As an added bonus, proceeds from this hotel support a scholarship fund for AUA university students. More

The best is the location, the helpful staff (all english speakers), and the clean and confortable room. We stayed some days in the Marriott hotel, just two minutes from here, paying almost 3 times more, and we certanly prefer AUA Barsam Suites. Stayed here for work. Basic room with no desk, so very difficult if you are a business traveler. There is also no breakfast, and it seems like Yerevan does not wake up early as we could find nowhere to eat breakfast in the neighborhood.
