I stay here from time to time being on business. The price is rather high, but it is quiet, became more comfortable (hot water supply may be problematic at morning a year ago), and nicely located. The Hotel its self is nothing special. It has clean, yet small rooms and rather small TV beneth the ceiling. Breakfast is below the average. What makes it a good deal is definitely very friendly and helpfull staff and location just in the center of Baku downtown. I will definitely return to this one. More
