This hotel overlooks the river that runs along the main road in Phnom Penh. There's a lot of traffic outside, and if you stay in a river-facing room, you'll hear that traffic in your room. This is okay, since that motorbike traffic noise is everywhere in the city. The balcony overlooks the street and river, giving you a nice place for people watching. It's located within walking distance of night markets, temples, and bus hubs.

The location of this hotel is great for bars, restaurants, markets, and is right on the riverside. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Daily clean and towel/linen change. Worth the extra money for a room with a balcony, not just for the views but also the breeze. Unfortunately no lift, our room was on the 3rd floor, not good for the unfit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fairly nice hotel in terms of location as it’s close to most of the attractions in the city. Cleanliness of the rooms are good bathroom as well However i got over charged in the room rate after a confirmation of the reception that they gave me the same online rate. Balconies has a nice view to the river side walk but attention it gets very noisy at night and early morning

I stayed only one night. No restaurant and breakfast of hotel. Room is small, no window, so I couldn't see sunrise from Tonle Sap. Hotel is located near Wat Ounalom, Royal Palace and night market. It takes about 20-30 mins walking along Tonle Sap to Wat Phnom. Tuk tuk in front of the hotel to airport takes 8USD$. Anyone must take care your belongings from pickpocket on the road and sitting in tuk tuk.

A balcony room has great river views and a breeze. There is no food here but Yin Yang restaurant next door is very good. This time the fridge had a food odor and was not cold. There was no free water, they forgot it. The power strip had a plug for the TV but the other plugs did not work. I stayed here one night because my first choice was full.

After discovering that the hotel we had booked was on one of Phnom Penhs sleaze streets we walked alond the riverside looking for an alternative. The Cozyna has clean rooms, nice staff, at around the same price as the other hotels in the area. The rooms are very basic and the shower was almost unworkable but we just needed a place to sleep. Almost the only reason to stay here is that within 1.5km you have the Royal palace, Wat Phnom, and the central markets.

A nice small hotel in the Center of the waterfront of P.Penh. Clean spacious rooms , the ones with balconies at least. Nice view on the waterfront and Mekong river. This hotel has no lift but the employees help you with the luggage. It offers no breakfast but straight away outside of the Entrance are so many Cafes, Restaurants and Backeries that gives you such a big choice . Tuc-Tuc are always waiting in front of the Entrance that brings you with 2 Us Dollars to the Central Market , Malls or Casino .( during rush hour maybe 3 Us Dollars. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying couple of days in P.Penh exploring the city.

I live in Sihanoukville and I have stayed at this hotel a few times a year for many years. Yesterday is spent the night in room 105. The room was clean and everything appeared OK. When I went to shower this morning there was no hot water. I called the desk and he said he would check. Nothing happened and no call back. I went downstairs to see what was up. I was informed that the hot water heater had been broke fro a couple of days. I asked why they rented me a room with no hot water and advertized it as having hot water. All I got was a smile and an admission that they knew about the hot water heater. Never again there.
