I like this hotel but I have only one issue with it. The internet is bad. I was disconnected literally every 2-3 minutes despite which device we used (notebook, ipod or tablet). I also didn't bother asking the staff for help either since we were there for just one night. Other than the internet, the staff, breakfast, shower and room... More

Staying period : 27april 28 April and 1st May 2013 3 stars hotel. Bed and pillow is comfy. The cleanliness of the room is very good. Spent 3 nights there. Breakfast is included. Location it's not walking distance but you can take a tuk tuk for US$3 to go to central market or anywhere of the location in the city... More

This was the last of 4 hotels that we sampled in Cambodia, and was a bit of a disappointment. The fridge was turned off when we got in the room, so we had to get chilled drinks from the foyer. We were in a noisy spot next to the lifts and our door did not provide sound proofing. The breakfast... More

Nice hotel with very helpful staff a bit out of the main area but only costs $3 to get a tuk tuk to the riverside. The breakfast had plenty of options and the restaurant was on the top floor with good views of the city. Computers in the lobby were useful with good speed.

I spent 4 nights here at the end of January. I found the staff to be very friendly, eager to share information about their town, and helpful. The room was comfortable. It was easy to walk places or hire a tuk-tuk. I was satisfied with the restaurant [breakfast & dinner] when I used it.

We spent a fantastic 3 nights here, and our overall experience was the best in our trip of 10 weeks. Friendly helpful, and obliging staff in every department. Spotlessly clean room, bathroom, and public areas. Great food at very reasonable prices, together with super views from the restaurant. Well located close to most attractions - 2$ tuk tuk to most.... Nice hotel with nice helpful staff! Breakfast could be better but rooms are ok. Clean and quiet hotel not far from the downtown. Wifi works good. They should put new toilet paper when they set the room for new customer. We was a group and almost in every room toilet paper was finish. Anyway the staff is ready to help... More

Meant to stay here 3 nights, but when we arrived we were informed the hotel was overbooked. Having travelled all day and my boyfriend with an upset stomach this was quite an inconvenience!!!! They put us up in their nearby hotel "go in"; we preferred another 2 they'd shown us but we were told were fully booked. Of the 2... More

PROS: The hotel was very clean, the shower was hot (low water pressure) the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well. CONS: the hotel wasn't near anything so it was difficult to find food and even a tuk-tuk at times, the hotel staff wasn't useful at all with helping us find food, get a driver, anything. The answer was always... More
