Value for money. Very near S21 and can walk to Russian Market. Room is clean and reasonably sized. If you take the front room you can actually see S21. Can get a tuk tuk to riverbank for us$2. A very good affordable hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff will do anything they can to help. It is very close to Toul Sleng museum but a tuk tuk ride away from the centre. If you're a real stickler for cleanliness, this property is not ideal - you need to compare it pricewise (spent $26 for one night) with hostels in Europe and then it's not so bad.
