Stayed for 2 days in november 2012. Hotel has good location, rather close to the centre of Astana, but hotel is located near to very noisy road. Rooms are too big, bathroom has enough space for billiard table :) Bathroom has only bath, no shower. For me it is not convinient

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in - and I've been to a few! It seems to be some local mafia hot-spot. Nothing works, electrics is funny, lifts are dangerous. Read/watch The Shining - will give you an idea. Escaped after one night.

The hotel was better than I expected. Good infrastructure around, close to many restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel staff is courteous, no one imposes on its services. In the first day I discovered raw bed linen, but it was quickly replaced. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Pleased with the presence of free water, tea and coffee in the room.... More
