Pros: 1. Near Patuxay Victory Gate (5 mins walk) 2. Near Patuxay Cafe (2 mins walk), which is a quite well-known restaurant in town 3. Clean room & toilet. Cons: 1. Quite hard to find taxi or tuk-tuk. 2. Quite far from Riverside ( about 30 mins by tuk-tuk) 3. No restaurant 4. No hair dryer More

The first thing to know about Lakeo is the location, it is NOT near the river Mekong like most Vientiane guesthouses where farangs stay. It is 100 yards/metres from Patuxay, the Arc de Triomphe of Vientiane. That may be good or bad, it is quiet place anyway, Vientiane is a small capital city, very walkable, you can take a (overpriced)... More
