This is an excellent choice for a budget stay in Vientiane. For around USD 45, I had a huge, clean room with polished parquet flooring, overlooking the Mekong. Not noisy at all, despite being next to a well known night club/bar, and excellent location. Good free wireless internet. The bed is ok - comfortable enough. The windows open, so on a... More

The room was spacious ,nicely antiques decorated and clean. The breakfast was included. Great sunset and sunrise facing the Mekong river, walking distance to nightly attractions and restaurants. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. There is a night club right next to it ,very noisy until midnight . have a great stay:) More

I booked six nights there in one of the two executive suites at 75$. Nice decor with antiques. Some travelers have complained of the noise from the bar next door but honestly I could not hear over the whirring of the aircon unit in my room. Wifi in the room does not work. When I complained that one of the... More

I paid us$35 for a room at the rear of the property after talking myself out of the $55 riverside rooms. I would say that it was very overpriced for what i paid given other properties in the vicinity that were better at almost half the cost. Whilst the hotel has a nice foyer and friendly staff and restaraunt i... More

We were in transit to Luang Prabang and decided against advise to choose Inter City as a rest stop after a long and continuous journey from Singapore by air and train. Like an oyster, its nondescript industrial facade hid a beauty of sorts within its walls. We got transported into ancient Laos as we entered the hotel corridors that are... More

The hotel is located along the Mekong River which has good range of different bars and restaurants, as well as outdoor eateries. The lobby was tastefully decorated. The room was very clean and tidy, although the interior design could have been better. Overall good hotel for budget price. More

After reading the reviews on here I booked a room and was looking forward to a relaxing weekend away with my wife. I paid extra for a supposedly bigger room with a river view. The room was very small, but we did have a view of the river (which is nice at the moment as it is full of diggers... More

Stayed at Inter Hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised. I found the hotel to be a great value for $35. Pros: The location is right across from the Mekong River on the main riverfront street. Our corner twin room was large and is represented in a number of photos uploaded by prior reviewers. Further, the nicely designed downstairs... More
