The b&b was very centrally located just off a quiet tree lined street 8 mins walk from the main part of Colombo. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were of average up keep. We booked a stay in the hotels heritage room which their website says has 2 double beds. It does not it only has 1 double bed !
