The location is great near the beach, nice walking area opposite the World Trade Center. Bt the floor in the room was dirty, poor facilities & hygiene. Reception friendly but untrained hotel staff. I think i am the first guest to stay in this hotel when it was opened. Those times were terribly hit by war times.. The title says everything! First thing they did was ask for the before you actually got to see the room! Then they show you the room, and press you to sign the registration form.
