Having stayed here before I won't stay anywhere else in Istanbul. The welcome was friendly and efficient, the rooms were great and the concierge super efficient! The hotel was well situated for your business meetings, as well as the more touristy stuff, although traffic in Istanbul is generally a problem. Greatly recommended!

Very big room we were 3 adults in a twin room with 1 extra bed, enough spaces. very good location especially for shopping lovers. (all brands shops are located down and around the hotel) Big bathrooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Worth Money.

It is an amazing place like any other Park Hyatt. The bathroom is by far the most beautiful one I have seen in my life. There is no good restaurant or bar inside but it is the general problem of Istanbul, not only this hotel. Strongly recommended for any romantic get away.

The room is great, service is excellent,location is away from the touristy area. Great shopping and food around the hotel. Concierge is very helpful. Make sure taxi drivers don't take you to the other Hyatt. The women at the reception desk are very helpful. We have no complaints. Very positive stay.
