The view is great but to get there from the street you have to walk up 4 flights of very narrow stairs in ill-repair. The location of the hotel is excellent, the most sights are a short walk away and the tram is also 10 minutes walk away. The staff speaks excellent English and is very friendly and willing to help you on everything you want. Also, the rooms are very clean, comfortable.

The rooms are small but nice enough. There are very few extra touches -- free wi-fi is about it. The bathroom is so small you have to turn sideways to get past the shower entering and exiting, but the plumbing works well.
