Very clean, excellent location (2 mins from main tram line, 5 mins from fish market, 5 mins from taksim square), great ambiance and wonderful (v helpful) owner. Other guests also v friendly, in contrast to other hostels i have been in. Would highly recommend for both solo travellers and those in groups. Couples' rooms very chic.

This hostel is placed perfectly. Walk up the street to Istiklal street (main shopping street) or down the street to the tram (Blue Mosque etc). Serdar was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently situated between the night lively quarter (foot distance) and the historical part (foot or tram distance). Lots of bars and clubs near Taksim Sq--good local small restaurants nearby along with the shops of some really talented artisan craftspeople.
