One of the worst 5* experiences i had in my life...
1. I booked a standard room with a large size bed, and got a very unconfortable italian bed (2 single beds "artisanally" put one next to the other)
2. children were playing in the corridor till 2/3am 2 consecutive nights, and reception couldn't do anything to avoid this
