“Tired and staff unfriendly”

Stayed in cheapest room which I thought expensive. Renovations ongoing and sorely needed. Work didn't disrupt though. Reception staff unhelpful and not user friendly. “Lovely but expensive”

Yes the hotel was lovely BUT in this day and age - I think a room rate (and a good rate at that booked through booking.com) in this day and age of 200 euros a disgrace that does not include breakfast is a little more than an average tourist could afford. “Positive experience in Istanbul”

A real service-orientated hotel that is well situated in Istanbul. The room and bathroom was on the small side but this is quite common with all quality hotel groups. Still it was an enjoyable experience overall.

“A real rip-off. Very limited value for money”

Althought the hotel is not situated poorly, paying close to EUR500 per night is a rip-off. The executive rooms are very simply and not the "executive" kind.
