Great location and really helpful reception staff. Breakfast was thrown in for free on our deal which did not include breakfast so we tipped the staff. Hotel was clean and Location is within easy reach of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia although expect the local Mullah to wake you up with his singing at sunrise.

This was a delightful surprise for our 5 day stay. A stone's throw (almost) from Blue Mosque & Aya Sofia, short walk to Topkapi, Grand Bazaar & Cisterns. Breakfast excellent on terrace with great views. Many restaurants within 5 minute walk. Happy to recommend this hotel. E Bayliss (New Zealand)

We stayed 4 nights here in September and found this hotel to be really well situated for walking and sight-seeing. Whilst our room was clean but cosy, the terrace offered fantastic views towards the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Sea of Mamara. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. The breakfast selection was nice, but the hot food selection... More

This was a solid reliable if old looking hotel with an ideal location just off one end of the hippodrome. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good and served on the roof garden that had stunning views of the Blue mosque on one side and the Bosphorus on the other. Room 401 has a side balcony with a great... More

Great location. Clean but old. Slow wifi. Single room is tiny. Double room is okay size. Average service. We stayed a total of 4 nights in Istanbul - 2 nights at Hotel Fehmi Bey and 2 nights at White House Hotel Istanbul, so we have a good basis for comparison. For pretty much the same price, definitely go with the... More

This lovely small hotel was a wonderful base for six nights in Istanbul. A great atmosphere with beautiful carpets and decor. The staff were so helpful, courteous and friendly, and always someone available 24/7. It was such easy walking distance to major sites of interest, the Grand Bazaar as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants. We loved an excellent... More

A look at the map will show you just how very well-placed this hotel is and the views from the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served and where you can get coffee, tea, wine and raki up to midnight, are splendid -- the Blue Mosque, the mouth of the Bosphorus, the Asian side and so on. Whenever we fancied a... More

This hotel is situated in a fantastic place to visit all tourist attractions. Very clean and the staff are so helpful and cant do enough for you. You do get woken up in the mornings at 4.45 with the call to prayer but you do get used to this. We had a large family room allocated to us on arrival.... More

No real complaints here regarding the hotel and room, and based on previous stays in Istanbul I think this is a great value place. One special feature of this place are all the wonderful carpets and kilims in our room and throughout the hotel. My wife has a preference for tile and wood floors, so enjoyed our room for this.... I thought that the hotel had a lovely location right in the heart of Istanbul next to the blue mosque. At first I thought the room was a bit dark but settled in quickly and that did not matter. The room was basic but very clean, warm, and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful and came straight away... More
