Truly not livable and disgusting. The rooms have cockroaches and the door lock ls broken, Unsafe !!!!!!! The rooms are not clean . There were filthy toiletsl and blood spots on the sheets. This place is scary!!!!!!!!!.

bathroom had clean towels but did not appear to have been cleaned other wise. clean sheets on bet but nothing else had been cleaned recently (carpet unvacuumed, etc).
Service was good, location near Ben Gurion airport.
overall sketchy feel- I was with a group so felt safe but if I had been alone I would have been a little creeped...

If I had the choice between spending 100USD on a room at avia airport hotel and spending 100USD on booze and passing out on the streets of Tel Aviv, I’d choose the booze. Between the cockroaches, broken room door, outlets without covers, and the disgusting state of the bathrooms, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at....

Unfortunately I have had the misfortune of staying in Avia twice with a year in between. The first time was not great - the second was a nightmare. I really wouldn't know where to start... Hotel - very dirty. Rooms - thilthy. Staff - diabolical. Food - dire. All in all a scary experience for a woman travelling by herself....
