The staff re helpful and charming and the hotel has all the amenities. I do agree it is a little dated but it has a convenient location and seems to be a comfortable jumping off point for a trip to Jordan

I spent 4 nights here while attending a conference in Amman. The staff was WONDERFUL! The rooms were nice. They had free wifi in the room, which was great. The business amenities, professional service, and comfort all made this hotel ideal for my business trip. I had some difficulties with the heating in the room, and eventually had to switch, but once that was resolved my stay was very pleasant.
