We worried by the reviews because we were booked in here as part of a holiday organised by Discovery Travel. It is about 12k from the centre - but a 2 JD taxi will take you to the centre and to other areas nearby for restaurants etc. It is very convenient for the airport and to get out of Amman.... More

The hotel is not located on the center of Amman, but with only 2 or 3 JDs by taxi, we can be on the Roman Amphitheatre or the King Hussein Mosque. The personal are very friendly and the rooms are quite big and ok for a couple of days. Regarding the cleanliness, it's average and the usual for a 4... More

The bedlinen was unwashed and there were hairs in the bed and on the dusty unswept floor .Smokers in the room opposite despite being a no-smoking floor. Have to give the staff credit for promptly & willingly changing the bedding and for the complimentary fruitbasket and water.Salt and pepper shakers in diningroom were filthy so we were hesitant to eat... We changed room three times because the bedding was dirty, finally we asked for the entire bedding to be changed. On closer inspection in the bathroom it was dusty and dirty with hair everywhere, table tops etc were not cleaned. Staff were friendly and helped and they provided a free fruit basket and bottle of water complementary. Others in our... More

Stayed here for two nights. Comfortable rooms - otherwise average: restaurant fare very average, broken toilet seats, not-so-friendly restaurant supervisor. Several small outlets close to the hotel that serve greater variety for more reasonable price - including Starbucks that provide free wi-fi with coffee that the hotel did not! More

Noise from club in basement was disturbing even on fifth floor! Room on front suffered from traffic noise. Smelly bathroom. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was a challenge on most mornings, dinner buffet was expensive. Friendly staff, nice new pool area. Location is poor (unless you are looking to buy a car) although taxi's are very low cost. Hotel was nothing special but used by our tour group (Peregrine).Don't use the downstairs pub, waste of time! Not many decent restaurants nearby and hotel restaurant not always open. Ok for breakfast. More

- It's difficult to clean a property with so many cracks (literally) Yes, the property is below par and needs urgent attention. - The staff were really excellent & expect great service. - Location is fine...taxis are cheap...about 3JD to most places in Amman. - WIFI is not free...quite expensive & low quality connection I'll stay here again when they...
