This hotel seems to be about as good as it gets within Amman, just don't expect the sort of 5 star hotel you would find elsewhere. The lobby and exterior is impressive, but the room was nothing special. Great Spa and food and beverage. Service was lovely. High security and safe. Was there in Jan fir 2 nights and was a good stay. Great view and you be up to see the sunrise. Service was more than expected. I will return soon.

The architecture is really stunning from the outside, although inside it seems less spectacular. Airy, pleasant rooms, good restaurants - I've seen a whole lot worse on business trips. Pleasant service, so very little to criticise. Like the vast majority of big hotels, however, it lacks character. Special mention for the Lebanese restaurant, which we particularly enjoyed.
