It a pleasant stay, however the booking experience was misleading. I thought I was booking another hotel but booked this one and was happy with the choice in the end. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is complimentary water in the room. We arrived around 5 pm and needed to wait a little bit for the room, but... More

Stayed here for one night & got a great room - very spacious & plush. Tea/coffee making facilities a bonus with complimentary bottles of water! Very comfy bed. Excellent shower. The hotel has 2 pool areas - one larger area open to the public & a smaller pool only for hotel guests. Food was geared very much towards western tastes... More

This is our first stay in the dead sea. We were 2 families (4 adults and a baby) and all other hotels were crowded and fully-booked, so we thought of staying in the Dead Sea Spa hotel on Fri 6/7/2013 and Sat 6/8/2013. We got the rooms 424 and 425. Both rooms were spacious and have a pool view. There... More

I live in Amman and stayed at this hotel for one night to get away from the city. I found the room to be comfortable, modern, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spotless, except for some mildew on the shower curtain. I'm not sure if this is the case in all of the rooms, but our room had a DVD... More

The reception staff were probably the most unhelpful that you could come across!. Everywhere else, the service was slow, lacking the politeness that you would expect from such a resort hotel. Good location, but with several other hotels to choose from on the doorstep of this one, my recommendation would be to go somewhere else

We rolled up in our hired car and enquired at security about a 1 night stay. At reception we were greeted by frosty staff, something which was a pointer for staff attitudes for the duration of our stay. The only friendly ones were a couple of the waiters and some of the pool area cleaners. Won't moan about the rooms... More

I think they really need to train the staff how to treat the customers nicely. They deserve poor rates because of the ignorant and unfriendly staff, can't believe how could they employ those kind of staff in this kind of hospitality especially 4 stars hotel????

I recently stayed at the Dead Sea Spa hotel in May, 2013. I was traveling to the Middle East from the UK to meet a friend (we are in our late 30s/early 40s). For me, this trip was about relaxation (i.e. pool, Dead Sea), and exploring Jordan. This hotel did not disappoint. For a local non brand name ), this... More

Stayed there one night because the Israel-Jordan was closed. We were charged 190 JD for a twin bed room. The rate included breakfast and dinner but that had closed by the time we got checked in. One of the two people at the reception said that we could order some room service because we had missed our dinner but the... More
