The reception staff were probably the most unhelpful that you could come across!. Everywhere else, the service was slow, lacking the politeness that you would expect from such a resort hotel. Good location, but with several other hotels to choose from on the doorstep of this one, my recommendation would be to go somewhere else

We rolled up in our hired car and enquired at security about a 1 night stay. At reception we were greeted by frosty staff, something which was a pointer for staff attitudes for the duration of our stay. I think they really need to train the staff how to treat the customers nicely. They deserve poor rates because of the ignorant and unfriendly staff, can't believe how could they employ those kind of staff in this kind of hospitality especially 4 stars hotel????
