I stayed in this hotel during hajj season, , food was sometimes bad sometimes wonderful, but the room was very bad, housekeeping was not regular yet who worked in the reception were really nice and helpful, for hajj one had to adopt but for ummrah no way More

this hotel is very valuable that any one can get in makkah the hotel is very clean. The most likable thing is that u don't have to walk a lot to go to Haram they have there bus make round for holy mosque for every 10 min . I will advise everyone whose budget allowed. More
