A big hotel, former InterContinental, nicely located at the broader center of the city with the carpets museum close. Rooms are nice and breakfast also but a renovation would be greatly welcome!

We only stayed one night and dined at the ground floor cafe which was of acceptable standard.
The reception area looks good but the bedrooms and corridors are showing signs of wear. Room was of a good size and beds ok.
Very close to Laleh Park where you can have a pleasant stroll.

This hotel is managed by Government, so efficiency and effectiveness has no meaning in it. most of the personnel are not motivated enough for working. they are old and not beautiful. I don't advise for going there. save your money and find better private hotel in Tehran.

I stayed at the Laleh at the beginning and end of my recent trip to Iran. I was a member of a group tour from New Zealand. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was good as were the meals served in the dining rooms/restaurant. There was an excellent book shop on the ground floor of the hotel.

I'd love to give this place a great review as the people want it to be great but the fact is they are living in the 1960s. Style, service, facilities and problems all destroy the potential magic that could be Persia - see the rug dump down the road.

I was on duty travel in Tehran and stayed in the Hotel Laleh 9 days. My first feelings were confusing, because the 5* hotel, looked like 3+/4* hotel. The hotel was clean, but it seemed that it was renovated long time ago.
The electricity plugs are UK plugs, so bring e-adapters.

As you know Iran hasn't many tourist while it has a lot of tourist atractions. (due to bad relation to world) so hotels are mostly disappointing. But this one is good one comparing to others. it is located in center of tehran.

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in August
the room was very simple, with single beds in it.
the view from the restaurant upstairs is great and you can see milad tower.
the buffett was not labeled so it was kind of hard to realize what you were eating
