Chose this hotel because it's situated in Ruwi near the bus station. The hotel was ok but we had big difficulties falling asleep at night because of the music constantly playing (break between 1 and 6) in the corridors, not even my earplugs helped. The room smelled strange and the shower curtain needed to be washed. It was hard to... More

The Hotel was perfect for my short visit. I arrived at the airport at 1 am after a 7 hr flight. The hotel car was waiting and after a quick check in and shower I was already in bed. That was nice. The room was small, the bed and pillows were sub standard for a 4 star rated hotel. If... More

this hotel is located in the RUWI area which is a business hub, access to shopping malls, restaurants, taxi stand etc . The hotel facilities are good, it has good coffee shop and restaurant. The buffet breakfast was reasonable, typical Indian travelers may find it difficult as they serve only one Indian dish in the menu. Rooms are good, clean... More

Basic hotel at reasonable prices. Service was friendly and courteous. Air conditioning was not acceptable with a bad musty smell and damp conditions throughout. Not recommended in mid summer. More

Nice clean hotel with lovely restaurants. Breakfast and evening buffet very good. Gym very small but ok if it is not busy. They also have a womens only gym. Close to some very nice vegetarian restaurants. More

Location is the strongest point for this hotel. Bang in downtown area. Several vegetarian restaurant options in walking distance including Saravana Bhavan and Rajdhani. Also, good location if you are keen on gold and jewellery shopping. Pretty functional hotel, large and spacious rooms as well as toilets. A basic breakfast. However, the menu used to change everyday and atleast one... More

Haffa House is located in downtown Ruwi. You can find taxi just oitside the hotel to go to shopping areas like Khuwair and Qurum. 45 mins from Airport. It has a good Sheesha Resturant and food is OK. Rooms are clean but room service normally takes 30 mins more than usual. Health centre and swimming pool are small but OK.... More

It was our first visit to the middle east for business for development of our company agents. Our prospects recommended the hotel due to its proximity to the market area and the south indian vegetarian restaurant which we needed in the flesh eating state. Our check-in was pleasant and most of the managerial staff that we encountered were indians. The... More

Stayed here three nights in Dec/Jan. The facilities are good, partook in the restaurant and spa/massage facilities and enjoyed them both. The rooms are a bit worn (beds especially) but clean and comfortable. Staff / service is ok, although I'd note that I twice had to have bills corrected because they did not have the right room rate from my... More

The room sizes on the first floor were great and prices so reasonable compared to the five star hotels around. Cleanliness was another key attribute. And best of all the courteous attitude of the staff makes the expat traveller feel right at home. The Buffet breakfast offered great choices to the eastern and western palette. And the buffet timings were... More
