Very well managed hotel. Definitely 5 star status compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi ie Hilton, Sheraton, Intercontinental which are clearly of a lower standard. Restaurants are of a high standard especially the Corniche All Day Dining restaurant which is managed diligently with food of an exceptional standard.

“A couple of glitches in service, but well on their way!”

Attentive staff and proactive management. I had one complain which was handled immediately. Perfectly located for what I needed. PS - Laundry is quite expensive; psss!!! I opted for a stand-alone dry-cleaner round the corner. PPS - The crisps and nuts in the mini-bar will set you back a small fortune (although they are quite tasty)

we stayed 2 nights. nice room and wonderful shower. location coud be better as the hotel is at the end of the corniche and public transportation is inadequate and far away: however there are many taxis and prices are affordable

“Best hotel I've ever stayed in”

Well what can I say but wow! We were lucky enough to be in a suite and from the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. The suite was gorgeous and the service in club millesime was the best I've ever had. Gorgeous food and drinks all day long and the staff were best in the world. Loved every minute

“The all day dinning restaurant”

The food at the lunch buffet was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and attentive. We went there to celebrate the birthday of our boss. The chef made a cake specially for her and brought it out with candles and well wishing. It was great! I will definitely go there again for another birthday party or function.
