Firstly while the staff were very helpful, the hotel was old, decor dated. On arrival my room was, unsuitable the electricity supply to the outlets was not working, the window was broken, curtains did not close fully, and i had children in a block of flats next door waving to me, the first bed was broken and tipped over. i visited bogota on jan 15 2011 from nyc on my way to cali colombia. i went on aa.com and redeemed 19k miles for 3 nights at this hotel. i got to bog airport code for bogota colombia and asked the taxi to take me there. he asked me three times if i were sure i didnt want to stay... More
