Front desk staff, helpful warm and friendly. In fact the hotel personifies what Guyanese hospitality is all about. The improvements and new renovations add to that ambiance, its a pleasure to relax in the wine bar with a chilled glass of your favorite wine. When ever I am in Guyana Pegasus Hotel is always my preferred place to stay.

The hotel is clean and has a very nice pool area and restaurant. It is close to the city centre. The service in the restaurant and at the check in desk was very slow and uncaring. Internet access costs extra $10 US.
