I had a pleasant stay in Cecilia in April 2005. Single room was spacy with sofa and writing table. Buffet brakfast was served in the nice foyer. In the hotel you can find pool, sauna and a good restaurant La Preferida. Hotel is situated near Plaza Uruguay Park - a walking distance from the centrum.
