Stayed in newly remodelled Executive Rooms last week. The design and decor is great, with beautiful ,well designed bathrooms. Only two design floors. There is a floor to ceiling glass panel beside the front door - that does nothing to block out the bright light from the central stair well. So your comfy room is all but floodlit all night!... More

I suppose there's a reason why Lamana is a favorite with mid-level extractive industry and NGO types. It's a safe and solid choice for Port Moresby at the price point. Make sure you pay by cash. We paid by credit card on arrival and the next day as we were to leave we were told that they hadn't put it through. Whenever I go to Port Moresby I prefer to stay at this Hotel when available. Pickup and drop off to the airport are provided as part of the service and is close to the airport. <10minutes The food is excellent, the staff are effective and helpful. The facilities are good, great bar and nigh club. More

Arrived in sunlight. Good prompt reception service I stayed in the "old block" Rooms. Basic and a little worn but clean and tidy. Showers good water pressure Wireless internet 60%, 90% of the time. $700Kina per night is expensive i thought! Food is good. Is in a secure compound. Always felt safe. More

Room was nice and clean. Food is overpriced. Service at reception was very poor. Took them ages to check us in. Front office staff were rude.
