I spent 3 wonderful days at the Lagoon Lodge last summer. When I got into this place, I was given a warm welcome by the staffs at the reception and shown in my room. The room provided a nice view of the lagoon. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities in it. There was free internet too....

Quite basic and a bit out of town.
Lagoon Lodge is probably best for families. It faces on to the Lagoon - no swimming
there though. Reasonably quiet (dogs, roosters and sometimes traffic are the potential
problems on Tonga tapu)
