This very basic guesthouse was clean and had ok beds,towels soap, and nice breakfast. We payed 35 usd for a double, not very valuable. overpriced because of the touristboom in Myanmar. Dogfights and a early roster in the morning kept it awake too early. Walk for 5 min and you are at schwedagon pagoda
