USD 22 got me a room on the 1st floor with no windows and smells of the sewer. Room squeezed in two single beds with no space between. Shared old toilet and shower were downstairs. Wifi free at Reception. Breakfast is plentiful on the 8th floor, no lift though! View from the roof is good first thing in the morning!
