I stayed twice at Daddy's home. The rooms rare very basic (just the beds) and have no windows. Thet are clean and there is A/C. Its $20 for double and $18 for single room. The shared bathrooms are that great: old, dirty, mostly broken stuff ... Breakfast is included, and not too bad.

Very thin and dusty carpets. Rooms have aircon and are very small. Location is a little off the main road but can be found quite easily. Stayed here twice - on the way in and out of myanmar. The breakfast was not very good and I ended up skipping it in favor of street food. The shared bathrooms are OK.
