5 mins walk to the subway station, very strategic location.
The room is not spacious but the interior design is up to date and amazing.
It has been a very good experience here.

No airconditiong on, the room was too hot, if you open a window on the 1 floor you are flooded with food smell. The general lack of class from the reception workers was somewhat disturbing. I stayed there for 2 times one in october and another in novmber, in the excutive floor, both of the stays disappointing.

Stayed here in a twin room, overall pleased but a few strange things. The bathroom has glass walls, so no privacy to use toilet, shower, etc. No hairdryer and the power outlet situation in the bathroom doesn't allow you to dry your hair with your own hairdryer. No mirrors elsewhere in the room and power outlets only on the desk,...

I stayed first time this march there when JW Mariott was fully booked. I had a very pleasant stay and very favorable room rate. In fact my local contact were surprised to hear the rate and we found out that there is a construction next door and the hotel offers lower rates due to the inconvinience. To be honest I...

Location - close to subway and large department store.
Quiet location - in financial district. NOT good for finding restos on the street - you have to eat in hotel, or walk a bit to find local restaurants.
Hotel has comp shuttle at different times of day to get you to 'downtown' areas.
Had room on Exec level, with lounge...

This hotel recently underwent a renovation, which the manager told me cost over 23 million USD. I have seen most of the rooms as I'm often asked to recommend a hotel for many foreign visitors to Seul, and this place is conveniently located between the Jongno-gu neigborhood where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is located, and the Gwacheon area where...

I stayed at the Seoul Palace for 4 nights on business. The location was convenient for my needs and facilities were clean and modern. The staff spoke very good English and were quite helpful. I highly recommend the executive floor, the food and drinks were nice. One complaint I do have, however, is the free wi-fi on the upper floors...

My first visit to Seoul, this hotel was booked by my client - and was very comfortable. Stayed for 9 nights in an Executive Room - very comfortable with excellent internet access and the use of the lounge for breakfast, tea, coffee and snacks very welcome. The restaurant serving the buffet is fine, although the Japanese restaurant seemed expensive. Getting...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Facilities and services are as expected from a 5 star hotel. Facilities are excellent; 32" LCD TV, bidet, coffee maker. Concierge was helpful and speaks good English. Overall, we were not disappointed with the hotel.

Hotel has seen better days but a reasonable price and location, plus overall cleanliness make up for it. Prices for breakfast (26 USD) and Internet (1h 10 USD, 1 day 19 USD++) are totally unacceptable these days. Throw-in and unbearably slow wireless connection at these rip-off prices and result is a disappointed traveller.
On Internet connection I pointed this to...
