Absolutely total dump. Do not stay here even if only place you can afford. Rooms are tiny and smelled of mold. No air from outside. No parking on site. Shower was a hand held device, no tub now shower stall. Was so bad we just walked out and forfeited one nights cost and went around the corner to the Prince hotel. I recommend no one ever stay here. Finally, this place looks nothing like the pictures.

Don’t stay here! As I arrived the taxi driver asked if I had the correct address as he seemed worried about me. Immediately as I arrive I noticed the check in area had a sewage smell and was cluttered with personal belongings. As the girl at the desk told me my room would be on the 4th floor and there was no elevator I knew this would not be a good fit. As I began to trek my suitcase up the dark, narrow staircase I noticed that the doors to the rooms were covered in random pieces of foam to cheaply soundproof them. How clean and safe can that be? This was not going to work. As I told the girl I would not be staying she nodded as if she understood and was polite as I booked a new hotel. After leaving I was charged a full cancellation fee and the booking agency requested a refund on my behalf due to the issues and the hotel still denied it and charged me for the full cancellation. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Your health and safety is worth more.

Great location & very convenient. Near Myeongdong station (also the night market for street food and shopping). Perfect place to sleep and leave your things if you are out most of the time (on tour). Don’t stay if you are looking for luxury because rooms and toilets are small. They have self service for things you need like water, coffee, cereals and toast bread. Highly recommend this ‘Myeongdong Guesthouse Como’.

It has a very god location which opposite Myeongdong and near subway station, surrounded with cafe & restaurant. There is a very big Daiso in front of the guesthouse. It's very convenience to get what you want. The rooms are very clean. Service is very good.

The location is superb. While the room is small, u have everything u need. Environment is clean and quiet. Decent stay and worth it for the price. The common area was surprisingly nice and comfy. Walking distance to train station.

Booked this guesthouse for a group of 18 people. Location is perfect, just across Myeongdong cosmetics shopping street with many good restaurants and street food stalls within 5 min walk. Can take airport shuttle or subway to the guesthouse easily. Marvin the owner, speaks good English and Mandarin and is super friendly. Highly recommended for its location and the price.

We booked a family room which was on the 3rd floor. Room was ok - spacious with plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. In South Korea many guesthouses have very small bathrooms with showers cramped inside so everything gets wet and this shower was no different as it was facing the toilet. Remove the toilet paper as it will get wet! Breakfast was ok with soup, bread, jam, hardboiled eggs, cereals. They will charge for luggage left in storage after 5 pm. Although we were on the 3rd floor we had no problem with luggage up the narrow stairway as they had an external lift just for luggages. Staff were friendly. Guesthouse is close to shopping, subway and airport bus.

I reserved a bund bed room, room is very small. But the equipment is enough and room is clean, the location is very convenience even to town or airport. One of concern for ladies and kids tourists bcoz motel next building is KARAOKE open until mid nite. Many people will walk around or stay at building entry.

not really difficult to find the guest house. down part was having hard time to bring up/down the luggage up to the guest house. very convenient to myeong dong shopping area as its only 5 min walk away. plenty of cafes for breakfast/chill. there is money changer and hospital near by as well. 15 mins walk to the cable car that bring you to seoul tower. the space of the room is good for 2 person as its quite small. the guest house has a room for self service laundry as well.

First of all, the guest house is only a minute away from the subway and few blocks to the shopping heaven. The room is small, very basic but with $50 USD a night you can't ask for more. The thing that would stop us from coming back is the toilet. At night there is the unpleasant smell from the drain from under. It's impossible to leave the bathroom door open when we sleep. But overall, if you are in a budget check this out.
