stayed here as part of my tour....only thing that really bothered me was the shower I got burnt because it wold not turn off.....I had to get the house keeping in and even they couldnt stop it they had to turn the water off at the wall and the bathroom was flooded. I recently stayed at the Caroline Crillon Hotel. It was located close enough to downtown and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Great place to stay! The staff was friendly and always willing to help. English was spoken by all. The rooms were comfortable with a nice television. a safe, and a refrigerator. This hotel had a clean comfortable bed & a nice hot shower which after 3 days of camping was much appreciated ! The staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast also was good. I would stay here again.

This hotel is good for a three star. It had hot water, large room, clean sheets and the staff were responsive. Who could could complain about that! Breakfast was typically Egyptian and plenty of it.
