Good location in less polluted region and close to Pyramids. Comfortable, adequate rooms, really helpful staff, lovely pool area and yes you can see the sun setting over the Pyramids from the hotel roof- fantastic! May not be 5* by Western standards but very nice and fantastic value.Excellent showers and comfortable beds (we had 3 rooms between us and all... More

We had 5 days in Cairo broken up by 2 and 3 days and chose to stay at a less expensive place for the first 2 nights as we were arriving after midnight and touring all the next day and then leaving at 5am for Abu Simbel - We were horribly disappointed in this hotel. We were told it was... More

This was a good hotel based in Giza, which is set apart from a much busier Cairo which is where most other hotels reside. This hotel is advertised as 5* on most travel websites and the hotel itself boasts a 5 star emblem on its signage. However, don't go expecting 5* luxury and you won't be disappointed. This is more... Not a bad hotel wish it warmer though because the pool looked awesome. It was cool weather at begin march food was quite good but didn't go near the salads. The rooms were lovely although every single person on our tour said their bathtub leaked after shower as did ours the bathroom floor was a small lake after each shower.... More

We arrived at this hotel as part of a tour so had no say in where we stayed. To be honest, it far exceeded the expectations that we had so we were very pleasantly surprised. The food and breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, packed lunches ok but not wow. The pool was great, an added bonus when travelling in... More

We stayed a few nights here as a part of a tour package. The rooms were large, and clean. But were in definite need of a refurbishment. We stayed in a few different rooms and each had a few things either not working, or about to fall off. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The service was fine. The... More

Egypt is really suffering from a lack of tourists so when I visited (March 2012) the hotel was pretty empty and some of the restaurants and bars were closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. I didn't spend much time by the pool (a bit too cold for swimming!) but the pool attendant rushed... More

The price was cheap because was empty on February 2012. But still, the service has not got to come down and be terrible, just because they have fewer guests and there is a general crisis. The hotel consists of a building where the reception is located and then you have to go out and find your room in ne of... More
