Rooms need updating. Bed was changed on a regular basis and cleaners went out of there way to look after you. Stayed here 4 years ago - how things change. I chose this hotel on previous experience. Hygiene is non-existent. Beds had slats missing, bugs and linen changed ONCE in 2 weeks (brochure says daily). The people in this hotel will be in our memory as much as the amazing sites we saw of Egypt. After long trips we were welcomed back like friends. Stayed two weeks half board March 2012, staff very helpful, food good and all in all the hotel exceeded my expectations and was very good value for money if I go back to Luxor I will go straight back to Gaddis. More
