Having been consistently wowed by Park Hyatt Seoul, I was expecting the same impeccable service but was unfortunately not met. There's nothing wrong with the hotel but I had expected more. Whilst the breakfast had a great spread; there was a design flaw in setup. And the concierge wasn't as knowledgeable as I had expected from a 5star hotel.
