The location is very good, close to tube station, various options of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is fine not exceptional but they do try to help you and some of them speak english. We stayed for 4 days. It located 5 mins from Dongsi subway station, which is very convenient for going to /from airport, and alos easy to hail a taxi from the road next to the hotel. The hotel is clean is good. Staff are speaks English efficiently. Service are wonderful except to one guy on the front desk. He seems arrogant and do not know what is a good customer service.
