- Friendly and competent receptionists - Clean and spacious room - Decent breakfast - 15 minutes walk from a big shopping mall - 10 minutes walk from light railway station - Really hard to get a taxi in peak hours. Not their fault, this is Beijing!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were extravagant, and the food was terrific. It's located conveniently between the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. The only issues I had were that my laundry took longer than they had stated (almost making me late for a meeting), and the wifi was very poor.
