The location is good in relation to the airport, being on the north east side of the city. Rooms are adequate with very comfortable beds. Bathrooms ok but could do with an upgrade. Trouser press not working but iron & ironing board in room. Typical fixed hairdryer which is not powerful enough. Kettle with complimentary tea/coffee in room. Free wifi... More

way out of the way, and for a tourist hotel, had the worst concierge i have ever experienced. all of the so called conceirge people were nothing but bellman who doubled up carrying bags and then came to the desk to supposedly assist travelers on restaurants, etc. Get this...the leading 5 star restaurant in beijing, housed in the former american... Hotel is located approximately 20 minutes by car from PEK airport. Stayed here just for a day. Check-in/out was smooth. Front office staff are efficient and friendly. Rooms comfortable, clean and average in size but rather gloomy. All amenities needed are available in rooms i.e. Coffee machine, tea/kettle, iron, mini bar, shoe shine service. Beds are very comfortable and huge.... More

The hotel feels a bit dated and aged. The room I had smelled of smoke, even if it was a non smoking room. So, the overall feeling for the hotel is that it needs to be refurbished. The girl in the reception was very nice and serviceminded but the people at the breakfast gave us no attention at all. I... More

The main reason to stay at the Radisson Blu is if you are there for a Trade Show it is a short walk to the Exhibition Center. So, you avoid taxis & traffic. The hotel has great breafast, clean rooms (not too big) and the staff is ok. The building is sort of old but still in good condition. If... More

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights some time ago and would like to share my opinion. This hotel is located next to the China International Exhibition Centre (CIEC) and very close to the diplomatic embassy district of Chaoyang. It takes about 15-30 minutes (50 RMB) to get the all main embassies in the old embassy district... More

First impressions are good, the lobby looks great and there were no problems during check-in. The rest of the hotel seems a little aged and in need of refurbishment. The rooms are fine; not spacious but very clean, the gym is ok but limited. Location is fine for the business district but anyone there purely for tourism might find a... More

First frustrating experience: Arrived by taxi - had to unload my own 2 bags from the taxi - as I was unloading saw two door man leaning over counters inside through the windows. They only offered to help once I was checked in and ready to go to my room - they even ignored me as I walked past them... More

This hotel located in the business district is ideal for any business traveller. The rooms are spacious though little tacky in colours and accessories used in the room. The entire hotel is non smoking. Has a decent enough gymnasium (can be crowded at times) and an inside pool. WIFI free and good strength. The service at the reception and concierge... More

I am yet to find a Radisson Blu that hits the nail on the head. This hotel is awfully in need of a renovation to bring it up to par with it's other properties, they cannot rely on free Internet forever. First thought when entering is yikes, colour scheme, then ok at least I have space. The rooms are of... More
