Very helpful staff at the front office. The lobby good. Free wifi with good speed all the place in the hotel. Only one drawback I found was that there was no bell boy . Had to carry our luggage to the room from our bus.

Great hotel with shops and restaurants close to hand. Rooms modern, clean and fresh with great views. Arrangements for eating breakfast not so good, people seem to eat wherever they can in foyer. Reception staff not as good as you'd expect from modern city centre hotel. Food good - even if you fancy something western for a change!

This hotel is in a great location for Beijing. Hotel staff is professional, hotel is clean, breakfast is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean. Great choice for business or pleasure. The only negative is drinks at the bar are overpriced for China and they will not charge it to your room. This is a small issue at a great hotel.
