Actually it is not a real hotel, but more a serviced apartment. The rooms are very spacious, which itself is great and it was more or less clean, but the sink was dripping, the toilet paper holder was attached to the wall with scotch, but the worst was the staff. horrible, unfriendly people. No service at all and you always... More

Coming from someone who has pretty high standards, I didn't think that this place was THAT bad. I stayed here for a month in August/September. The apartment itself is very large - even for two people. However the apartment itself is not in ideal condition. Wallpaper is falling off, the bathroom has stains all over it. Worst- all of the... I have visited Beijing with my family and a Chinese friend and she had booked this accommodation for us. It was a fairly big apartment with 2 bedrooms, one big living room, dining area and a kitchen. We was a very pleasant experience because the apartment was furnished with varied electrical appliances and we need not to request for anything... More

At first glance this hotel didn't seem to bad but as time went on it got worse and worse! DO NOT STAY HERE! The maid comes once a week, and every time something has gone missing. In my room alone food, paracetomol and money has been taken. Also have spoke to others who mentioned small items and bits & pieces... More

The room was unkept: Black marks all over the wall, Broken blind and the powerplug in my room was hanging off the wall. The furniture was stained and broken and the room had not been cleaned upon arrival. Reception is not helpful at all and speak limited English and are very rude. My roomates and I phoned several times to... More

Simple service apartment. Furniture rather old. Service at counter is ok. Housekeeping comes daily at 9plus or 10plus daily and press the bell and wake you up. We tried giving them tips and they refused to take it. They were told specifically by the management not to accept tips from guests. They wanted to charge us for extra pillows, towels,... More

The hotel / Apartment was booked by my sister-in-law. Not knowing the exact conditions of the place, we expected the worst (mostly due to the price we were paying for and in Beijing, no less?!, Our apartment cost about RMB600 per night), we were pleasantly, I mean very pleasantly surprise at what we got! As we were travelling in a... More

We booked a three bedroom room for $92/nite, each room came with a queen size bed. Also included was a kitchen with frig and microwave, and a washer dryer. There was also a dining area and living room, where we could sit down at night and go over all the booty collected in a days shopping. While the rooms were... More

I traveled to Beijing in June 2006 with 6 friends and we needed an inexpensive hotel that would hold our large group. The Century Towers Beijing hotel was PERFECT. We made a reservation through www.sinohotel.com, which I was nervous about at first, not being familiar with them. The customer service reps were fantastic, responding to all my spastic e-mails quickly... More
