We stayed 5 nites at the Sofitel Wanda. Really lovely hotel, great rooms, lobby and buffet breakfast. If you do not want to pay extra for great buffet, Starbucks is close . I double paid my breakfast coz it was not made clear to me that the breakfast room service would be charged differently instead of just adding a service fee... “Good but more work needed”

Nice hotel, but in overall staff need better training in order to live up to Sofitels in other countries. The food in the chinese restaurant and breakfast was good, but nothing exceptional. I would not hesitate to return when I need to stay in that area of Beijing again.
