Hong kong hotels are expensive over all, This Hyatt in Shatin is only 5 minutes walk from the MTR university station and it is pretty new, and it is about 20-30% less than same class hotel in central area

Perfect business hotel, very good location and excellent food in a hotel in the New Territorry. You will love the big clean rooms, spacious bathrooms and fitness facilities.
Fair price compared to down town Hong Kong hotels. But the breakfast is not included in the room price and is very expensive.
