This is a great hotel if you are looking for a low-key, more boutique feel rather than a large run hotel. The front desk is great with answering any questions and providing any extras you may need (ironing board, giving directions etc..) and the hotel is will kept. Had a nice lux room on the 17th floor; quiet with ok views. Plenty of hot water and no issues with the room temperature. Wifi was fast and complimentary.
